Dartmouth Health's Department of Anesthesiology is seeking skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dedicated team in the Outpatient Surgery Center (OSC). Located in the beautiful Upper Valley of New Hampshire, you'll practice in a focused, fast-paced ambulatory setting that prioritizes efficiency, patient experience, and high-quality care.
In the OSC, CRNAs deliver anesthesia for a variety of same-day surgical procedures, working closely with a collaborative, team-oriented group of surgeons, nurses, and support staff. This setting offers a predictable case mix, streamlined workflows, and an emphasis on patient throughput and safety.

Our Practice:
  • Practice exclusively in a high-efficiency Outpatient Surgery Center (OSC) focused on same-day procedures
  • Deliver anesthesia for a variety of ambulatory surgeries across multiple specialties
  • Work in a streamlined environment designed for safety, efficiency, and optimal patient flow
  • Collaborate closely with experienced surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff in a team-based model
  • Personalized and flexible scheduling, including various shift types, to accommodate varying lifestyles
  • No weekend or call requirements
  • Teaching opportunities with SRNA clinical rotations and resident training programs

Our Benefits:
  • Salary tiers starting at $259,400 with increases based on CRNA experience
  • CRNAs work in a shift-based model : 1680 annual work hours
  • yielding a generous 10 weeks off per year
  • Option to pick up extra shifts at premium rates
  • Up to $75,000 in total incentives , paid over 2 years
  • Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance, calculated based on mileage
  • Day-one health, dental, and vision coverage
  • 403(b) with up to 6% employer match
  • All licenses and certifications are reimbursed, in addition to a biennial CME stipend of $4,000
  • Weekly educational opportunities for CE credits

Qualifications
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Active New Hampshire RN and APRN licenses - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification (NBCRNA) - Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program - Active DEA registration in New Hampshire - Current ACLS certification
