We're seeking a motivated, clinically minded, and relationship-driven individual to join our South District team as an Orthopedic Sales Representative - Sports Medicine supporting the Washington market.
This position offers the opportunity to work alongside orthopedic surgeons specializing in sports medicine while representing industry-leading arthroscopic technologies, soft tissue repair solutions, and minimally invasive surgical innovations.
About the Role
As an Orthopedic Sales Representative specializing in Sports Medicine, you'll become a trusted clinical and business partner to orthopedic surgeons and operating room teams throughout the Washington region.
You'll provide technical support during surgical procedures, educate healthcare professionals on Arthrex's innovative sports medicine portfolio, and help drive territory growth by delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced operating room environments, solving clinical challenges, and helping surgeons achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients.
What You'll Do
  • Provide technical support during sports medicine and arthroscopic surgical procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physician offices, hospitals, and surgery centers.
  • Become an expert on the Arthrex Sports Medicine product portfolio.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on innovative surgical technologies and techniques.
  • Coordinate surgical cases, inventory, and logistics to ensure exceptional customer support.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Participate in surgeon education programs, cadaver labs, and professional development events.
  • Continuously strengthen your clinical knowledge through ongoing education and training.

Preferred qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Medical device sales, B2B sales, athletic training, nursing, or other healthcare experience preferred
  • Former collegiate athletes, athletic trainers, nurses, healthcare professionals, and high-performing B2B sales professionals are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain composed in fast-paced operating room environments
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career
  • Clinical curiosity and the ability to quickly learn advanced orthopedic procedures and technologies
