Job description

Kansas City Orthopedic Alliance is the largest, independently owned orthopedic specialty practice in the Kansas City metro area. We have over 50 providers practicing out of six locations. Each team focuses on the importance of customer service, communication, and caring for patients. We offer no weekends, no holidays, and no mandatory on call. Practice schedules are Monday through Friday.
Job Function:
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming experience for our patients. You will greet and assist patients with their registration, verify insurance, collect copays, and scan documentation for the EMR system. Occasional phone usage is required. All Front Desk Receptionists may be asked to help with staffing needs, such as Check Out or Scheduling.
