- Greet individuals, file, answer the telephone and relay messages to the appropriate individuals
- Provide information to employees and other individuals as well as answer their questions
- Establish and maintain confidential employee information on the computer as well as process the new employees in the sign up procedure
- Ability to read and write well enough to type, edit and proof information on a computer
- Skills to perform basic arithmetic for preparation of various types of reports
- Complete knowledge of office procedures
- Ability to deal effectively with a variety of people that is usually acquired after six months office experience
