The Iowa Clinic, P.C., one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest, is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Hand Surgeon. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing orthopedic practice that provides Sports Medicine, Hip/Knee Arthroplasty, and Hand/Wrist services. The position boasts a competitive compensation package, including a significant guarantee and signing incentive, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Growing practice providing Sports Medicine, Hip/Knee Arthroplasty, and Hand/Wrist services
  • Access to a recently opened, MSK-focused Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • Closely connected with 27 Physical Therapists and 1 Occupational Therapist
  • Medical Imaging department of 9 providers with state-of-the-art equipment onsite
  • Participate in a high performing clinically integrated network with experience in providing significantly below market total cost of care, hospital admissions and ER utilization for the patients that we serve
  • Dedicated Care Team to assist with care gaps, patient outreach, care management, post-ER and admission monitoring, post-discharge follow-up care, and RX support
