• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, establishing clear treatment goals tailored to their specific injuries and health conditions.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that integrate a variety of modalities, ensuring adherence to best practices in physical therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to treat diverse patient populations, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine needs.
• Provide skilled therapeutic intervention in both the clinic setting and, when necessary, at patients' homes, facilitating improvements in mobility and functionality as per the physician’s plan of care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques and health management strategies to encourage independence and self-care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes to track effectiveness and plan future care directions.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and overall clinic effectiveness, ensuring high standards of customer service and support.
• Meet established performance metrics and contribute actively to achieving organizational goals.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of a valid State License in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in an orthopedic setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to foster patient understanding and engagement.
• Proficiency in using computer software and documentation systems pertinent to healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

• Experience in a rehabilitation facility emphasizes an understanding of multidisciplinary collaboration.
