Job Duties: Work with internal/external customers and IT to gather and validate requirements. Accountable for the understanding of how data is turned into information and knowledge and how that knowledge supports and enables key business processes. Provide development support for various BI outputs such as dashboards, reports and other ad-hoc data requests and ensure data quality standards. Provide administration for BI reporting system environments, perform data model automation expertise. Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data integration solutions using tools like Azure Data Factory (ADF). Perform data profiling, modeling (logical/physical), and implement dimensional models (star schema). Troubleshoot and optimize SQL/ETL performance; collaborate with DBAs for tuning and migration. Build AI/ML solutions and proactively build POCs/projects to expand data science automation capabilities including Gen AI/Copilot and predictive analytics. Coordinate with offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Work with business and IT leadership on project planning, prioritization, and budgeting. Contribute to the evolution of enterprise data architecture, including migration to modern cloud-based EDW solutions. Implement DevOps and CI/ CD processes for version control and deployment (GitHub preferred). Provide operational support for data refreshes and production issues. Provide work level estimates for projects to establish work plans with the business for IT projects, support, and capitalized initiatives. Maintain and develop functional and technical documentation for BI environments while following documentation guidelines. Perform code reviews on BI changes where appropriate. Maintain appropriate skills needed for team growth in the skills matrix and determine areas requiring training. Act as mentor for newer members of the BI team. Assure execution of Standard Operating Procedures impacting the BI team. Collaborate with Business and IT management on prioritization, budgeting and planning of projects. Continue to develop and assist in the promotion of the company's corporate culture environment. Work with other departments and company-wide to establish initiatives. Assist in the various audits.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Management, or related field and 2 years of experience working with SQL, including writing and tuning stored procedures; working with Power BI and Fabric architecture, including Desktop, Service, Dataflows, and Row-Level Security; working with Azure Data Factory, DevOps (GitHub), and Data Lake/Lakehouse cloud data platforms; and working with ERP systems, including Oracle EBS, and business processes including Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay.
