An Orthodontist Assistant supports orthodontists by preparing patients for procedures, taking dental impressions, applying braces or retainers, and providing instructions on oral care. They also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records. Their role is crucial in ensuring that orthodontic treatments run smoothly and that patients receive the best care possible.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an orthodontist assistant?

To thrive as an Orthodontist Assistant, you need a solid understanding of dental procedures, patient care, and infection control, often supported by a dental assisting certificate or diploma.
