Job description

Dental Treatment Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Hardy Smiles Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry | Louisburg, NC
Full-Time
Help Patients Say "Yes" to Better Dental Health
Hardy Smiles Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking a personable, confident, and results-driven Dental Treatment Sales & Marketing Coordinator to guide patients through one of the most important parts of their dental journey-understanding their treatment options and confidently moving forward with recommended care.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines exceptional patient service with strong relationship-building, consultative sales, and marketing skills. You will meet with patients, present treatment plans, explain costs and financing options, address concerns, and provide consistent follow-up. You will also support marketing and community-outreach initiatives that generate qualified patient leads and strengthen awareness of the practice.
Your work will directly influence the patient experience, treatment acceptance, revenue growth, and continued success of our practice.
This is not simply an administrative position. It is a highly visible, patient-facing and revenue-generating role for someone who can build trust, communicate value, develop patient relationships, and achieve measurable results without making patients feel pressured.
What You'll Do
Treatment Presentation and Patient Follow-Up
  • Meet with patients after the dentist's clinical evaluation to review recommended treatment.
  • Clearly explain treatment plans, timelines, estimated costs, insurance benefits, payment options, and financing resources.
  • Translate detailed treatment information into language patients can easily understand.
  • Build rapport with patients considering implant, cosmetic, restorative, and other comprehensive dental care.
  • Listen carefully to patient concerns and help address financial, scheduling, or other barriers.
  • Follow up consistently with patients who have not yet accepted or scheduled treatment.
  • Re-engage patients with unscheduled, delayed, or incomplete treatment plans.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized pipeline of prospective patients and outstanding treatment opportunities.
  • Document patient communications, financial arrangements, follow-up commitments, and outcomes accurately.
  • Assist patients with payment arrangements and third-party financing applications.

Lead Conversion and Practice Growth
  • Respond promptly and professionally to new-patient inquiries received by telephone, website, referral, social media, advertising, and other sources.
  • Guide prospective patients from their initial inquiry through consultation, treatment acceptance, and scheduling.
  • Track leads, consultations, conversion outcomes, and reasons prospective patients do not move forward.
  • Support marketing campaigns promoting implants, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, dentures, orthodontic treatment, and other priority services.
  • Assist with patient education materials, treatment presentations, email campaigns, promotions, and referral initiatives.
  • Support community outreach, events, presentations, and strategic relationships that generate qualified patient leads.
  • Help evaluate which marketing campaigns and referral sources generate consultations, accepted treatment, and revenue.
  • Share patient feedback, common objections, and conversion trends with practice leadership.
  • Collaborate with the dentist, office manager, clinical team, and front-office staff to provide a seamless patient experience.

How Success Will Be Measured
You will have clear goals and accountability in areas such as:
  • Treatment-plan acceptance rate
  • Dollar value of treatment accepted and scheduled
  • New-patient consultation conversion rate
  • Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
  • Completion and timeliness of patient follow-up
  • Reactivation of unscheduled treatment
  • Marketing-generated patient leads
  • Revenue generated through sales and marketing activities
  • Accuracy of patient and financial documentation
  • Patient satisfaction and overall experience

What We're Looking For
  • At least two years of experience in dental treatment coordination, dental administration, healthcare sales, patient relations, consultative sales, marketing, business development, or a related field preferred.
  • Dental-office experience strongly preferred, particularly with comprehensive or high-value treatment.
  • A warm, polished, and professional communication style.
  • Demonstrated ability to discuss services confidently and guide prospective patients toward a decision.
  • Confidence discussing treatment costs, payment arrangements, and financing options.
  • Strong presentation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent telephone, email, and patient follow-up skills.
  • The ability to support patients in a persuasive, ethical, and nonpressuring manner.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Comfort working toward measurable treatment-acceptance, sales, and revenue goals.
  • Proficiency with dental practice-management software, CRM or lead-management systems, email, and standard office technology.
  • The ability to manage multiple patient opportunities and priorities while maintaining a high level of service.

Experience with implants, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, dentures, orthodontics, full-mouth rehabilitation, dental insurance, third-party patient financing, community outreach, or digital marketing is especially helpful.
The Person Who Will Thrive Here
You are warm, persuasive, persistent, and highly organized. You listen carefully, recognize what may be preventing a patient from moving forward, and know how to communicate the value of treatment with empathy and confidence.
You take ownership of follow-up, keep commitments, and do not allow important patient opportunities to fall through the cracks. You are also comfortable with accountability and understand that exceptional patient care, ethical sales practices, and strong business performance can-and should-work together.
About Hardy Smiles Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry
Hardy Smiles Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry is committed to helping patients improve their health, confidence, and quality of life through personalized, high-quality dental care. We believe every patient deserves to feel informed, respected, and supported throughout their treatment journey.
If you are passionate about patient relationships, motivated by meaningful results, and ready to contribute to the growth of a patient-centered dental practice, we would love to hear from you.
Apply today by submitting your resume and sharing why you would be an excellent addition to the Hardy Smiles Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry team.
