We are Forest Orthodontics amp; Pediatric Dentistry, and we don’t just give our patients amazing smiles, we give them confidence! While experience is not a must for this role, your passion, enthusiasm, and willingness to be a team player are what we are looking for. Responsibilities:
1. Assist the orthodontist in transforming misaligned smiles into works of art. You'll be the magician behind the scenes, working with braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances to create stunning results.
2. Help our patients feel at ease throughout their orthodontic journey. Your compassionate nature and gentle touch will provide comfort during procedures, adjustments, and fittings.
3. Assemble, adjust, and maintain orthodontic appliances with finesse. Your attention to detail will ensure a comfortable fit and assist patients in embracing their journey towards a perfect smile.
4. Empower patients by educating them on oral hygiene practices and care for their orthodontic appliances. You'll provide instructions with clarity and patience, ensuring they feel confident in maintaining their braces or aligners.
5. Maintain a clean and sterilized environment by following strict infection control protocols. Your dedication to cleanliness will ensure a safe and hygienic practice.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the orthodontist and the other assistants to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional patient care. Your effective communication skills will contribute to a harmonious and productive environment.
