We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our mortgage lending team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the mortgage loan branch, ensuring team productivity and compliance with all regulatory requirements

- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the branch's market share
