Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support staff and departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Answer and direct phone calls; take messages and handle correspondence
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or managers

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of Administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience may compensate).
