We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at 135 N Madison Rd, Orange, Va 22960
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Assist in creating schedules
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Participate in loss prevention efforts and maintain store security
  • Analyze sales data and contribute to strategies for improving store performance

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in retail or customer service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office and POS systems
