Job description

Visiting Nurse Association is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and people-focused seasonal Immunization Program Assistant who enjoys supporting fast-paced clinic operations and making a meaningful difference for individuals and families across the community.

In this seasonal role, you will provide essential administrative and clinic support for the Immunization Program during peak clinic activity. You will help ensure clinics run smoothly, paperwork is complete and accurate, supplies are ready, and clients receive organized, respectful, and confidential experience in accordance with VNA program guidelines and applicable state policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Help prepare clinics by organizing supplies, forms, and materials.
  • Support a smooth client experience by assisting with forms, insurance screening, payments, and client flow.
  • Review and organize clinic paperwork, including consent forms, report forms, and payment documentation.
  • Assist nurses and clinic staff with set-up, wrap-up, and accurate clinic close-out procedures.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.
