SERVPRO Team Marchese is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced team. This is a people-focused role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers and a key part of keeping our team connected and organized.


What You'll Do

  • ☎️ Answer phones and provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Run the company's daily Zoom meeting
  • Respond to emails and assist with day-to-day communication
  • Handle general administrative tasks and keep things organized
  • Assist with social media and online engagement
  • Communicate with customers, employees, vendors, and partners
  • Jump in wherever needed to help keep a busy office moving
