Job Description:

MasterBrand is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for our Jackson, GA manufacturing facility, a 500 employee, multi shift operation within our Kitchen segment. This role serves as a strategic business partner to site leadership while providing hands on HR leadership across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, compliance, and organizational development.

The successful candidate will help strengthen our culture, improve workforce stability, develop leaders, and drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience while supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with plant leadership on all people related strategies, initiatives, and business decisions.
  • Lead employee relations efforts and foster a positive, inclusive, and high performing workplace culture.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and manager effectiveness.
  • Analyze workforce trends and turnover data to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Support performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and career growth programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage compensation programs, workforce changes, investigations, and other HR processes.
  • Use HR and business metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, or PHR certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution, or operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, performance management, and employment law.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and serve as a trusted business partner.
  • Experience using workforce and business data to drive decision making and improve outcomes.
  • Strong problem solving, change management, and organizational development skills.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
