HR Director - Infrastructure Software Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive multi-year people strategies across multiple organizations that deliver company-wide impact, aligned to Meta's mission and business priorities
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and resolve critical organizational challenges — providing clarity, direction, and strategic alignment where ambiguity exists
  • Design and cascade strategic communications that inform and influence across functions and externally
  • Identify structural and capability gaps across organizations
  • build and maintain systems to measure and improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build leadership bench and adjust organizational design through strategic talent movement to meet evolving business priorities

  • Drive performance management, calibration, and engagement strategies
  • address performance issues promptly with fairness and support
  • Form deep cross-functional partnerships
  • negotiate on critical people matters and serve as a sought-after advisor on strategic people decisions
  • Model and champion AI as a core collaborator in HR workflows — mentor teams on responsible adoption and scale best practices across the function
  • Structure work to maximize impact while minimizing cost
  • remove barriers and delegate effectively so teams move with speed and quality

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources Business Partnering, organizational development, or HR leadership, with 5+ years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role supporting large, complex organizations
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-year people strategies with company-wide or business-unit-wide impact
  • Track record of managing through senior leaders (Directors, VPs) and influencing without direct authority at executive levels
  • Experience supporting technology or infrastructure organizations at scale
  • Experience supporting cloud computing organizations or hyperscale infrastructure environments
  • Experience building and adjusting organizational structures, leadership bench, and succession plans
  • Proven ability to identify systemic organizational issues and design scalable solutions across multiple functions
  • Strong executive presence with experience designing and delivering strategic communications that influence senior audiences
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive people decisions and measure organizational effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, assess complex variables, and provide clarity and direction in rapidly evolving environments
  • Experience partnering across HR Centers of Excellence (Recruiting, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Legal) to deliver integrated solutions

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in executive coaching, organizational development, or related disciplines
  • MBA, Master's in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related advanced degree
  • Track record of driving organizational transformations or large-scale change initiatives
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies in HR processes and decision-making
