Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead based in Indianapolis, IN. The Organizational Change Management Lead is responsible for leading and executing the organizational change management strategy for the transformation and strategic Americas programs, ensuring high adoption, minimal business disruption, and sustained behavioral change through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $110,000 - $135,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.
What you will do
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned to business objectives, project goals, organizational priorities, and desired adoption outcomes for large-scale and enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Conduct organizational change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and risk evaluations to identify impacts to people, processes, technology, roles, and organizational culture
  • Develop, implement, and manage integrated change enablement plans, including communication, training, engagement, reinforcement, and resistance management strategies
  • Partner closely with project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to embed change management activities into overall project and implementation plans

What we require
  • 3+ years of high-impact OCM experience
  • A proven history of success in manufacturing settings, demonstrating an ability to bridge the cultural gap between "office" and "operations"
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
