As a Manager on the Organization, Workforce & Change team, you will be responsible for supporting clients through workforce and change initiatives that improve business performance, adoption, and long-term value.

  • Advise clients on workforce and change priorities that support business transformation and operating model changes.
  • Assess stakeholder impacts, organizational readiness, and culture considerations; develop mitigation and adoption strategies.
  • Design and execute communication, learning, and user adoption plans, including training materials, job aids, and other enablement assets.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, synthesize findings, and develop presentations and recommendations for client and project leadership.
  • Support project delivery through cross-functional collaboration, risk management, agile ways of working, and contributions to practice development, recruiting, and proposals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in organizational design, workforce strategy, leadership strategy, or learning strategy in a consulting or industry role
  • 6+ years of experience developing and executing communication plans
  • 6+ years of experience developing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, including data visualization, storytelling, pivot tables, and complex formulas
  • 4+ years of facilitation experience
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Proven experience with prompting and/or building Custom GPTs in a workplace environment
  • Active membership in at least 1 human capital professional organization, completion of at least 1 human capital course or certification, or attendance at a minimum of 1 industry conference or workshop within the past year

This compensation range is specific to Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.
