Owns day to day responsibility for dispositioning any web-based inquiries received via www.wabteccorp.com, www.wabtec.com, the Customer Web Center (CWC) or other channel.

What will your typical day look like?
Essential Responsibilities
Manage quotes, order entry, order revisions, and basic order management activities for several Wabtec businesses with a focus on Aero Transportation Products (ATP) customers as required to support throughput and customer commitments. Responsible for responding to and documenting spot quotations via Oracle
Responses may be required to be provided to internal resources or directly to customers
Quote requests must be documented in Oracle
Responsible for manual entry of orders received via email, fax or phone
Entry may be required in either Oracle - "Edison" or Oracle - "Westinghouse" instances
Responsible for solving or driving timely resolution of order errors (VEOS or other) Responsible for providing accurate Sales Order Acknowledgements directly to customers Provide backup support for Warranty order entry as needed. Work with Comm Ops team for successful ITO to OTR handoff of LTPA orders, Program orders or other special deals ensuring delivery schedule and customer expectations are viable. Support contract, product pricing, and surcharge management in alignment with commercial agreements. Provide non-technical customer support across the Aero Transportation Products (ATP) portfolio, serving as a primary customer contact.
Additional Responsibilities:
To comply with Wabtec Corporate & local Environment, Health & Safety requirements at all times. Professionally represent Wabtec in all internal and external customer communications. Contribute to creation of an Inside Sales team strategy, planning and training program. Actively contribute to all continuous process improvement efforts within the Customer Service COE. Document retention consistent with Wabtec Corporate policy.
