What Youโ€™ll Do

As an Order Processor, you'll play a critical role in supporting operations by ensuring orders are entered accurately, materials are procured on time, and builder schedules are met. You'll work closely with estimators, designers, vendors, warehouse personnel, and field teams to help ensure a seamless process from order entry through installation.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Review builder websites and communications to stay current on project schedules and updates
  • Process and enter orders accurately and efficiently to support installation timelines
  • Verify builder documentation, purchase orders, and design selections for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material procurement, accurate pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Maintain organized records and documentation throughout the order process
  • Identify and communicate discrepancies or potential issues after they impact project timelines
  • Collaborate with estimators, designers, warehouse personnel, and field teams to support project success
  • Assist with special projects and additional departmental needs as assigned
