Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. (In New Century, KS, Lebanon, TN, and Rockford, IL – we do business as: Olathe Millwork, Warren Brothers, River City Millwork respectfully.)

Position: We are growing and seeking a Warehouse Associate/Trim Puller! This role is responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including pulling and staging orders, as well as preparing millwork products such as doors, trim, and related materials accurately based on pick tickets and customer orders.

Your Day-to-Day: to crush it in our warehouse, you'll need to:

  • Pull, stage, and prepare millwork products (doors, trim, and related materials) accurately based on pick tickets and customer orders
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts to move materials
    Ensure that material loaded for delivery matches customer orders.
  • Organize, label, and stock millwork and building materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Lift extremely heavy, awkward products (up to 50-100 pounds with a helper) repeatedly to store and load onto a truck.
  • Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
