Position Summary
As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of customer orders. This multifaceted position encompasses various critical responsibilities aimed at enhancing the customer experience and optimizing the order processing workflow. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service, meticulous attention to detail, adept multi-tasking abilities, sense of urgency and unwavering professionalism are paramount to the success of this role.
Essential Functions
โ€ข Order Coordination and Customer Service: You will receive and review orders from the sales team and proactively communicate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely order processing. As a central point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and keeping stakeholders informed about their orders.
โ€ข Inventory Management: You will maintain and manage finished goods inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels to fulfill customer orders promptly. Your attention to detail is critical to maintaining accurate records and fulfilling orders promptly.
โ€ข Order Entry and Processing: Accurate input of sales orders into specialized software is essential. You will manage the order lifecycle from entry to fulfillment, ensuring precision and efficiency.
โ€ข Order Picking and Packaging: Your role includes executing order picking and packaging operations with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that orders are accurately assembled, securely packed, and prepared for shipping. Additionally, you will take responsibility for timely drop-offs of last-minute orders to FedEx drop-off locations when orders are completed after the scheduled FedEx pickup.
โ€ข Communication Hub: A core responsibility is to act as a central point of contact for the sales team, providing timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and addressing any potential delays.

Tasks such as cleaning up spills, packaging sample shipments, and handling materials can expose employees to bloodborne pathogens, cuts, punctures, and strain injuries. Additionally, improper use of tools or failure to maintain clear walkways increases the likelihood of slips, trips, and falls. Overall, employees must follow proper safety protocols, use ergonomic practices, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment to minimize these risks and maintain a safe working environment.
