We are seeking a reliable Order Selector to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise based on store orders and preparing items for shipment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and value accuracy and efficiency, this is a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

  • Pick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
  • Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
  • Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.
  • Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
  • Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 0–2 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred.
