Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Specialist who enjoys coordinating orders, resolving customer questions, and keeping fulfillment, billing, and shipping details accurate.
The Order Management Specialist will support a fast-paced manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale trade environment where accuracy, communication, and follow-through are essential. This opportunity offers the chance to join a collaborative team with supportive leadership, clear daily priorities, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and updating customer orders and sample requests received by phone and email.
- Assisting customers with order status, product questions, billing inquiries, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
- Coordinating with manufacturing, shipping, vendors, sales, and customers to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Processing credit memos, re-billings, billing corrections, order changes, and related documentation.
- Preparing Bills of Lading and coordinating carrier pickups, shipments, weight tickets, and order tracking.
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records in internal systems and follow up through completion.
- Pay Range: $22 to $24 per hour, DOE
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Bellflower, CA.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5: PM
