 What You’ll Do
  • Accurately process customer purchase orders using our ERP system
  • Verify part numbers, pricing, and lead times to ensure order accuracy
  • Communicate with customers to clarify order details and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with production and purchasing to fulfill order requirements
  • Issue work orders, purchase orders, and pre-shipment paperwork
  • Support internal teams to meet order entry goals and deadlines
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation
  • Demonstrate ISO 9001 standards through consistent, high-quality work
 What You Bring
  • Experience in a customer-facing or order processing role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
