Job description

We are seeking motivated individuals who are interested in building a long-term career and growing with our company.

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a minimum of one year of warehouse experience. Non-nicotine users preferred.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding, and highly repetitive role. Candidates must be able to:

  • Stand and remain in constant motion throughout the duration of their shift
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Work comfortably in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature fluctuations

Hiring for shift 6am-2:30pm

Pay rate per hour:  $21.60

The Mail Transport Equipment Service Center (MTESC) manages mail transport equipment, including sacks, trays, pallets and wheeled containers.

As an Order Processor you will sort through these items and inspect them for damage, once inspected they will be palletized for the next shipment. 

If mandatory overtime is required, your overtime schedule will be Monday, Thursday, and Friday either 4am - 2:30pm or 6am - 4:30pm (10-hour shifts) and Saturday's if needed 6am-2:30pm.

Order Processor Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, sort, and palletize trays, sleeves, bags, pallets, and lids
  • Identify damaged or unusable equipment
  • Meets daily production goal
  • Ensures cleanliness of all assigned work areas
  • Follows all safety rules
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to identify all parts associated with sorting
  • Ability to identify damaged or non-conforming stock
  • Ability to meet production numbers
  • Ability to stand and move for entire shift
  • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and push/pull 40 pounds
  • Enjoys working a team environment
  • Familiar with basic math
  • Follow processes
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Reliable – will be on time and work scheduled shifts
  • Follow instruction from supervisor
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Helpful but not required
