Job Title: Order Processing Clerk (1st Shift)
Location: Owosso, MI
Salary: $16/hr

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as an Order Entry Clerk. Based in Owosso, MI, this role involves performing data entry tasks related to customer orders and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the order entry process. Duties:
• Perform data entry of new customer orders and prepare freight quotes.
• Complete the order entry process for new customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve any outstanding issues with orders promptly and effectively.
• Review orders for accuracy and mistake-proofing, ensuring all details are correct.
• Identify and address any problems in new orders that could potentially cause delays in production or lead to claims.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Liaise with appropriate factory personnel, sales representatives, marketing/sales managers, and customers to finalize order input as required.

Requirements:
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to review orders thoroughly for accuracy and completeness.
• Understanding of ERP Systems or Manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
