We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processing Specialist to handle document requests received from our attorney clients. This role involves reviewing the requests and entering data into our system, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.  In addition, the candidate will be comfortable making and receiving calls to provide additional information and resolve issues, while documenting all interactions. The ideal candidate will be positive and energetic with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
