Job description

SHIFT: MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00am 5:30pm - Overtime if needed


  • First point of contact for selection and shipping transfer/wholesale orders.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily order selecting, verification, consolidation and shipping activities for our Wholesale customers.
  • Assist in selection and loading as needed
  • Communicate with wholesale/warehouse managers, selectors, and transportation to balance schedule and resolve issues
  • Responsible for managing dock space for staging and shipping loads.
  • Responsible for loading and verification of credentials with carriers
  • Communicate selection and shipment issues or delays to management in a timely manner.
  • Verify all documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips.
  • Responsible for maintaining required logs.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes as needed to meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, including proper handling and storage of goods
  • Send End of Shift recap.
  • Communicate with Supervisor to manage labor.
  • Ability to work with various departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Accept and provide constructive coaching and feedback
  • Must be able to perform basic arithmetic to include adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform (each essential duty satisfactorily) and manage other duties and tasks as needed upon request by management.  


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 3 - 5 years Warehouse or Lead experience in a Distribution Warehouse is required.
  • Forklift and Pallet Jack certified and experienced is required
  • RF Scanner experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
