Job description

Location: Pomona, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Overtime + Some Saturdays Required
Pay: $18.00/hour (Weekly Pay)

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can handle constant activity, manage phone calls, and keep customers moving efficiently. If you’re used to balancing phones, in-person interactions, and multiple tasks at once—this is a strong fit.

This is not a slow desk job. It’s a fast-paced, high-interaction role where you’ll support will call operations, assist customers, and keep orders accurate and moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer & Phone Support:

  • Handle incoming calls while assisting walk-in customers
  • Answer questions, provide product information, and resolve issues quickly
  • Deliver a professional, efficient customer experience at all times

Will Call & Order Coordination:

  • Process will call orders and verify order accuracy
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely product pickup
  • Maintain organized documentation and records

Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment:

  • Manage multiple priorities without slowing down operations
  • Keep workflow moving during busy periods
  • Adapt quickly to changing demands throughout the day

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience in high-call-volume roles (call center, front desk, dispatch, retail, etc.)
  • Strong multitasking skills—you can handle phones and in-person customers at the same time
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
  • Reliable, quick-thinking, and solution-oriented

Preferred Experience

  • Customer service, retail, warehouse, or distribution background
  • Cash handling / cashier experience
  • Basic computer and phone system skills
