Job description

This is your chance to join a family-focused general contractor that has experienced steady growth over the past 16 years. At this time, we are looking for a Commercial Construction Project Coordinator that holds a self-efficient work ethic. We are honored to say this organization has a low turnover rate and strives to promote within.
[Duties]
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing all administrative and technical requirements including contract administration, change order processing, submittals, purchasing, cost coding and closeout
  • Provide detailed reporting and support to keep track of schedules and changes in construction, materials, manpower, and subcontractors
  • Log and track subcontractor insurance certificates, W9 forms, pay applications, lien waivers and submittals

[Requirements]
  • Previous experience as Commercial Construction Project Coordinator or Project Manager Assistant
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore project management software or similar software
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
