We are looking for a highly-skilled professional who strives to give every customer a great experience.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, (Part-Time) Responsibilities : Receiving, unboxing, and reviewing the condition of online customer returns. Processing customer returns and refunds within the stipulated timeframe. Manage inventory intake and re-onboarding of items. Identify condition changes and applicable restocking fees.

Required Qualifications:

1+ year experience in NetSuite or related ERP. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Ability to multitask, handle varying daily priorities and meet deadlines consistently. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
