Job description

Kelly is hiring Order Pullers for 2nd shift for the Honda Parts Distribution Center in Alpharetta, GA.
ICore Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Accurately picked and packed order maintaining a 99] % accuracy rate.
Inventory Management: Operated RF scanners and voice-picking systems to locate and verify items, ensuring inventory accuracy.
Equipment Operation: Safely operated electric pack mules/ order pickers to retrieve products from  racks, following strict safety protocols.
Packaging & Staging: Wrapped, sealed, and labeled packages according to company standards and arranged them in staging areas for timely dispatch.
Warehouse Safety: Conducted daily safety inspections on equipment and harnesses, maintaining zero safety violations or workplace accidents. 

Key Skills to Include:
Hard Skills: Order picking systems (RF scanners), voice e headset & Pallet Jack operation, Inventory control, Pack and shrink-wrap, Warehouse Safety protocols.
Soft Skills: Attention to detail, Physical stamina, Time management, Teamwork, Multitasking. 

2nd shift $17.50 per hour

  • With pay progression, $0.25 increase every 3 months for first year.
  • Schedules:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 2:30 pm. – 11:30 pm OT mandatory
  • Saturday OT required as workload demands 
  • Requirements:
  • Ability to operate a Pack Mule or pallet jack
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout entire shift
  • Ability to lift, push and pull 25-50 lbs
  • Comfortable working at high levels on an elevated platform up to 40 feet
  • Not a climate control.

  • Ability to understand verbal and written directions in English
  • Ability to work Saturday overtime as workload demands
