Job Summary

THIS IS FOR TSD
The Wholesale (Picker/Packer/Loader/Mats and Plats) associate will be part of the Wholesale team and will actively pick, pack, ship, and/or Load all orders. This role will be responsible for completing assigned orders or tasks with accuracy, safety, and quality. Requires attention to detail. Materials are managed and controlled following Company guidelines and best practices for safety, housekeeping, and Accuracy. Primary focus is DTC/Drop Ship Areas, but should have flexibility to support any fulfillment operational duties as required.Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Picking from multiple locations using hand held devices from Pick Tower, Fast Flow, and Mats and Plats dock depending on flow of volume

  • Assign Pick Tickets to totes in induction area.

  • Pack and Tape Orders when necessary with appropriate sized boxes to protect product

  • Load Cartons When needed in appropriate Fedex/UPS door as volume dictates.

  • Ability to flex and support changes and upcoming activities to support daily outbound variation across DTC/Drop Ship areas.

  • Communicate with Lead or Assistant Mgr to ensure proper movement of damages to scratch and dent area.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

  • Observe and recommend, present and justify continued improvement activities

  • Ensure accuracy and quality while orders are being fulfilled, packed, shipped, and loaded.

  • Participate as needed in cycle counts daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly for managing inventory in the Pick Tower, Mats and Plats Area, and Fast Flow.

  • Ensure safe and clean working environment while working in an efficient manner

  • Work closely with other areas of the Fulfillment team to support achieving on-time, complete and properly packaged, while freight is being properly loaded, while maintaining accuracy and quality of each order.

  • Follow procedures and policies in using best practices for all tasks including safety, housekeeping, picking, packing, loading, and quality.

  • Focus on driving Order Fulfillment Service Level Agreements (SLA's which includes special handling requirements for certain customers such as packaging or labeling while achieving On Time Shipping deadlines)

Required Skills, Education, Experience:

  • High school diploma preferred.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in fulfillment and shipping Previous experience as a picker/packer/loader is a plus

  • Handheld Scanner experience a plus

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Strong math skills; ability to reconcile stock count reports and existing data

  • Ability to lift multiple weights of different product types within safety limits while implementing team lifting when necessary.

  • Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions.

Work Hours (Good Faith Estimate):
