Position: Order Picker
Type: Part-Time
Location: Kloss Distributing
Pay: $15.00 โ€“ $25.00 per hour (commission-based after training)

Job Description

Kloss Distributing, a leading distributor of some of the finest beers in the world, is seeking an energetic individual with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility to join our team as a First Shift Order Picker.

The role involves picking cases of beer and stacking them on pallets. Each case weighs approximately 20 lbs, and a successful picker will handle about 200 cases per hour. After one week of training, pay transitions to a commission basis, where hard-working pickers can earn $15โ€“$25+ per hour.

Schedule

  • Consistent weekly schedule
  • All part-time positions end by 6:00 PM
  • Start time is noon or later
  • Select days: Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

  • Stack products on pallets according to size, shape, and stability requirements
  • Pick approximately 1,600 cases of beer daily
  • Perform repetitive manual handling of beer cases
  • Lift up to 160 lbs (kegs)
  • Compute basic math without a calculator
  • Operate a walkie rider pallet jack
  • Other duties as assigned
