Job description

Due to rapid growth, AMSOIL INC. is expanding our team at our AMSOIL Center in Superior, WI! We're looking for dependable, energetic Warehouse Order Pickers who take pride in safety, accuracy, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As a Warehouse Order Picker, you'll support daily distribution operations by performing a variety of warehouse functions including order picking, packing, inspection, inventory control, put away, and replenishment. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory flow, and high-quality service in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining organization, accuracy, and compliance with company and safety standards.
This is a seasonal position, up to 20 hrs/wk, Monday - Wednesday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick orders using pick lists, RF scanner and warehouse management system.
  • Confirm items match order requirements and quality standards.
  • Pack and prepare orders securely following packing guidelines to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Report damaged or nonconforming items as appropriate.
  • Assist customers arriving for will call order pickup.
  • Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.

Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with RF scanners is preferred.
  • Ability to repetitively lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and within a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to meet productivity and attendance metrics.
  • Seasonal position, available up to 20 hrs/wk, Monday - Wednesday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
