  • Cross-reference orders against active inventory and coordinate with Purchasing to source out-of-stock items on schedule.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Warehouse, Configuration, and Shipping teams to maintain smooth fulfillment workflows.
  • Monitor open orders daily to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact customer delivery timelines.
  • Maintain complete and precise customer records, order documentation, and status tracking across the order lifecycle.
  • Evaluate existing operational workflows to eliminate manual steps, improve accuracy, and resolve inefficiencies.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement standardized intake templates, including CSV and flat file import formats.

  • Create, update, and manage product SKUs, attributes, pricing, and inventory master data within internal systems.
  • Work alongside Purchasing and Operations to establish new SKUs for both standard and customized product offerings.
  • Maintain product catalog integrity to enhance order processing accuracy and general operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order modifications, account questions, and status updates.
  • Manage customer expectations professionally and resolve complex operational requests while preserving positive relationships.
  • Act as the central coordinator between customers and internal teams, clearly communicating priorities, deadlines, and special requirements.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage numerous moving parts simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail with an unyielding commitment to order accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • High adaptability and comfort learning new software systems and evolving business processes.
  • 3+ years of experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
  • Experience coordinating directly across Purchasing, Warehouse, Configuration, and Shipping teams.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, inventory management, or order management systems.
