Job description

The Order Manager is responsible for overseeing the order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in handling customer orders and installs. This role works between our salespeople, customers, and subcontractors to schedule and complete projects in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders efficiently
  • Coordinate job details between sales people and customers
  • Order material and schedule installation
  • Move jobs through CRM and notate changes as they arise .
