What does an order management associate do?

An Order Management Associate is responsible for processing and managing customer orders from initiation to delivery. They ensure orders are accurately entered into the system, coordinate with various departments like sales, logistics, and customer service, and resolve any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process. Their goal is to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and compliance with company policies.
