Summary:
The Key Account Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations for Reviva's largest and most tenured customer. This highly visible role handles critical accounts, ensuring excellent order management, proactive customer service, and strategic growth. You will act as the central hub connecting internal operations, external vendors, and diverse client stakeholders. Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Order Management: Execute accurate order entry, create Bills of Lading (BOLs), and process drop-ship purchase orders and associated invoices.
  • Core Return Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the daily scheduling of core returns to maintain steady supply chain momentum.
  • Component Account Management: Oversee secondary, smaller component accounts to ensure comprehensive client coverage.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Proactively build a reliable network of "go-to" contacts across the client's corporate and unionized field offices to bypass communication silos and secure timely answers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal facility teams, operational leads, and external vendors to streamline workflows across departments.
  • Adaptive Field Support: Support diverse field staff by applying a mix of training, patience, and operational knowledge to keep logistics moving even when protocols are facing challenges.
  • Omnichannel Excellence: Serve as the primary, high-energy touchpoint for all customer service requests, answering every phone call, email, and text with a helpful and professional demeanor.
