1st Shift: 7AM-3:30PM
Summary:
Safely maintains proper chemical concentrations in process equipment at multiple locations; facilitates material/waste handling, short term material/waste storage and shipments; maintains and operates wastewater pre-treatment system, with supervision and in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal laws and/or regulations. Work hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays
Job Responsibilities:
• Empties, Cleans, Refills process equipment as directed at multiple Reviva facilities
• Performs and records daily container inspections.
• Identify, label and maintain appropriate containers for Hazardous Material/Waste short-term storage.
• Facilitates waste shipments with manager and/or 3rd party entities.
• Performs light maintenance of wastewater pre-treatment and cooling tower systems.
• Assists with process machine chemical titration, maintains associated titration records and supply inventory, ensuring proper chemical concentrations in cleaning equipment.
• Completes and submits Maintenance Requests on all Reviva equipment as needed.
• Attends all training and educational opportunities as directed.
• Participates as a member of the Reviva Spill Response Team, Hazardous Waste Response Team and any additional roles as outlined in the Reviva Emergency Contingency Plan.
• Provide support to production staff as needed with department procedures.
• Any additional duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform calculations, basic math.
• Ability to receive and follow directions.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to think independently.
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
• Ability to receive, comprehend and follow the provided safety and environmental training.
