What is order fulfillment?

Order fulfillment is the process of receiving, processing, and delivering customer orders. It involves inventory management, picking and packing products, shipping, and handling returns or exchanges. Effective order fulfillment ensures that customers receive the right products on time and in good condition, which is crucial for customer satisfaction and business success.
