The Opportunity

JBT Marel is looking for a Parts Order Entry Specialist in US - Sabetha, KS.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and oversees customer support activities, ensuring timely and accurate handling of inquiries and requests, following established procedures.
  • Coordinates service contracts, and follows up on service reports with involved parties.
  • Provides guidance and support to junior coordinators and customer service representatives.
  • Processes orders, returns, and service requests in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Communicates with customers to provide updates and resolve issues, escalating highly complex matters as needed.
  • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer support processes.
  • Implements standard operating procedures for customer support activities within their scope.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and to ensure efficient customer support operations.
  • Prepares and reviews reports on customer support performance and trends as directed.
  • May identify additional sales and service opportunities.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supports training and development programs for customer support staff.
