We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front Desk Receptionist Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk Receptionist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front desk, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workflow. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of front desk receptionists, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

  • Manage social media platforms.

  • Develop and implement front desk procedures and protocols to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

  • Greet and assist clients and guests, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments.

  • Answer incoming calls.

  • Maintain and update various administrative records, such as visitor logs, staff schedules, and contact lists.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and coordinating courier services.

  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
