Job description

The ideal candidate must be be located near our Jasper, IN headquarters and work primarily from this location.
The Customer Order Coordinator is proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and SAP, with strong communication skills and experience providing consultative, customer-focused technical support. This individual demonstrates a strong desire to learn new electronic ordering systems and is committed to driving continuous improvement through order management automation and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
  • Review orders for accuracy and prepare them for entry
  • Review contract eligibility for Government orders
  • Enter and change orders
  • Verify Group Purchasing Organization eligibility and creates LIC's
  • Process and support orders received electronically and via e-mail
  • Able to utilize electronic specification tools and load orders into our eOrder portal
  • Communicate with customers, both internal and external, via telephone or email to resolve questions, discrepancies, or incomplete order information
  • Report all incomplete orders into Salesforce for tracking purposes and to manage workload
  • Review incomplete orders in SalesForce and follow up per our order guidelines
  • Support order accuracy and cycle time goals
