About the job

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the first line of support to our customers, ensuring a timely response and superior customer experience to all inquiries to exceed customer expectations. You will have the opportunity to Secure that all orders are updated accurately reflecting the customers' requirements and demands so that the correct parts are ordered and shipped, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is an opportunity located in Greenwood, IN

As a part of the team, you will:

  • Enter customers' orders
  • Secure order confirmations
  • Facilitate order changes
  • Provide updates on order status
  • Proactively follow-up on orders based on local reports/tasks
  • Obtain and manage shipping instructions
  • Acquire and provide standard order and shipping documentation
  • Ensure proper routing of escalations in Service Now to the correct departments
  • Drive/Support continuous improvement activities identified
