Job Overview:

The Oral Surgeon will provide high-end OS services to patients of all ages in one of our state-of-the-art clinics, located throughout our various regions. Experienced oral surgeons will have referrals by our own general dentists to keep them busy and highly engaged.

Schedule:

We have flexibility in adding OS days to our schedule throughout our 40+ clinics. We are seeking oral surgeons that can provide us at least 2-4 days per month, but flexible on the formatting of those dates. Our clinics provide care to patients Monday through Saturday.


  • Build trust and forge tight relationships with all Rodeo team members.
  • Effectively lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to produce excellent care for patients.
  • See a wide range of cases with patients of all ages, including the pediatric population.
  • Participate in CE events hosted by Rodeo Founders and members to continue to build upon dental skillset.
  • Treat all patients, regardless of socio-economic status, with the utmost respect.
  • Provide proper notice when out of the office to allow essential staff to be prepared for daily patient population.
  • Interact with other General Practice dentists on a daily basis in a professional and cordial manner.
  • Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture in your respective clinic.
  • Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and organization within the clinic.
  • Evangelize safety protocol and create a safety-first culture within your respective clinic.
  • Communicate effectively with office leader to ensure alignment on all matters going on in the clinic.

  • Must have an active state license prior to starting with Rodeo Dental in the practicing state. 
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not a requirement of this position.
  • Ability to get credentialed by Medicaid is required.
  • An interest in career development and dentistry skills is required.
