Work you'll do/Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting Deloitte's Application Management Services (AMS) engagement providing ongoing functional support, enhancement delivery, and continuous improvement for Oracle Retail Cloud applications. Responsibilities include;

  • Incident, problem, change, and release management; business process optimization; requirements analysis; functional design; testing coordination; stakeholder engagement; and support of Oracle Retail modules such as Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS), Pricing Cloud Service (PCS), Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS), Event Planner and related integrations.
  • The role partners with business and technology teams to drive operational stability, automation, performance improvements, value-add enhancements, and long-term transformation initiatives.
  • The role would also entail supporting Retail implementations when Deloitte is engaged in implementations and may become the priority over support function.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Qualifications
Required

  • 10+ years of experience in managing Oracle Retail, Oracle RMS packaged solution.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred
  • Consulting experience and/or in the Retail domain, supporting Merchandising, Supply Chain business areas as a Product Owner/Manager
  • Well organized and able to manager tools like Jira / Confluence and Mural


The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000 to $150,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
