Oracle Counseling Center is seeking dedicated Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional psychological care through telehealth services. This full-time role offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals facing various mental health challenges.

Our innovative telehealth setting allows therapists to connect with clients in a safe, convenient manner from the comfort of their own homes. Supported by advanced telecommunication technologies, our clinicians can deliver high-quality mental health care, ensuring a flexible work-life balance. The typical work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility allowed based on patient needs and availability.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately evaluate patients' needs and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver individualized therapy sessions for clients in various stages of mental health.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address common mental health concerns, promoting a sense of community and shared learning among participants.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring timely and appropriate support during mental health emergencies.
• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation as mandated by legal and ethical healthcare standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Stay informed on the latest research and trends in mental health, integrating new findings into practice to improve client care.

At Oracle Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele struggling with a range of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance abuse. Our commitment is to provide culturally competent care that resonates with individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and life experiences.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and formulate effective treatment strategies.
• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to a diverse population is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Ability to uphold professional boundaries and adherence to ethical guidelines at all times.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer software is necessary.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Prior experience in a telehealth environment is advantageous and will be considered favorably.
• Background in facilitating group therapy sessions is a plus.
• Continuous education or certifications in specific therapeutic approaches (such as CBT, DBT, etc.) are preferred.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
