Job description

Position Summary:
The Solutions Architect for our Oracle Cloud ERP system will assist in modernizing our internal systems (Financials, Supply chain, Order to cash, Asset Management.) This person will participate in migrating from our legacy ERP systems to the Oracle cloud ERP. The Solutions Architect will have expert infrastructure architecture, presentation and thought leadership skills. They will provide strategies to assist in migrating from our legacy environment as well design platform integration with other systems. Collaboration between business units and IT will be part of the role to implement an innovative Cloud solution to meet our business clients' needs.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs.
• Lead projects within architecture. Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.
• Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for the Oracle ERP cloud environment (Financials, Supply chain)
Qualifications
• 10 years of professional experience with Oracle ERP (Prefer most recent experience in cloud.)
• Certification in one of the Oracle ERP clouds preferred.
• Experience integrating Cloud Services (interfaces, conversions and creating applications using FBDI, ADFDI, Oracle ERP Cloud SOAP/REST API and ADF)
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Project Financial Management, Procurement) and reporting (BI, OTBI, FRS, SmartView, Essbase)
• Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
