Job description

We are seeking an experienced\"Oracle Security Analyst\"to serve as a first-level responder for security incidents and play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls across Oracle Cloud SaaS applications. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technical partners to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient use of Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a first-level responder to investigate and resolve user- and configuration-based security incidents.
  • Identify new security requirements and collaborate with business owners to implement new or enhanced functionality, moving solutions from development to production in alignment with compliance standards.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of security personalization within Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Support the transition of legacy functionality to Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
  • Partner with technical leads to leverage new Oracle SaaS functionality and address challenges introduced with each quarterly release.
  • Coordinate with internal and external compliance and audit teams to validate user access and configuration changes.
  • Maintain multiple sub-production environments for development and testing.
  • Coordinate and execute required activities during monthly environment refreshes, accounting for sensitive and insider data requirements.
  • Learn and assist with other Tier-1 enterprise applications such as UKG and Coupa, as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials and/or HCM Security & Controls.
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementations including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong background in designing, implementing, testing, and deploying.

  • Experience supporting Fortune 500 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Oracle application/package migration tools.
  • Strong understanding and implementation of Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks, including mitigating controls and SoD tools.
  • Experience implementing Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules, including:
  • Advanced Access Controls (AAC)
  • Advanced Financial Controls (AFC)
  • Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with identity solutions for Single Sign-On (SSO) using Okta.
  • Identity governance using SailPoint.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud configurations as they relate to automated control design and development.
  • Solid knowledge of core business processes, inherent risks, and applicable controls.
  • Proven ability to support internal and external audits.
  • Experience with change control, incident management, problem management, and troubleshooting of security solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Redwood UI.
  • Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
